Inclusive practice

This web resource will help staff develop strategies to provide an inclusive teaching & learning environment here at the University of Tasmania.

Inclusive teaching & learning can be described as:

Providing teaching & learning opportunities and experiences, which are free from barriers and bias, and take into account individual learning styles/preferences and individual needs related to disability, race, socioeconomic status, gender, language, ethnicity, geographical isolation, sexuality, work commitments and family responsibilities.
